To narrow your search, select a category (or sub-category), brand, and/or theme from the dropdown menus in the search bar. You can choose any combination of keyword(s), category, brand, and theme to narrow your search. If you do not want to keyword-limit your search, just leave the keyword box blank. When you have selected your search criteria, click the GO button. The items that match your search criteria are listed as thumbnails on a separate thumbnail page. A description of the category, brand, and/or theme you selected is also displayed. To browse our inventory, click on a category or in the menu on the left side of our pages. When you click on a category link, the items that belong to that category are listed as thumbnails on a separate thumbnail page. A description of the category you clicked on is also displayed. You can find out which brands we carry in a category by clicking the "[BRANDS]" link next to the category link in the left menu column. On the resulting list of brands we offer within that category, click your brand of interest to obtain a thumbnail page of all items we offer that belong to the particular brand and category. Each category page contains a "[Brands, Themes]" link pair that take you to a list of the brands or themes we have items for within that category. When you click on a specific brand or theme in this list, you are presented with all items within that category that belong to the particular brand or theme. To list all brands or all themes that we feature, go to the "Shop by" menu at the top left of our pages, and click the "Brand" or "Theme" link in that menu. On the resulting list of brand or theme logos, click your brand or theme of interest to obtain a thumbnail page of all items in our inventory that belong to that brand or theme. Each thumbnail page of items belonging to a specific brand contains a "[Categories, Themes]" link pair that takes you to a list of the categories or themes we have items for within that brand. When you click on a specific category or theme in this list, you are presented with all items within that brand that belong to the particular category or theme. Similarly, each thumbnail page for a specific theme contains a "[Brands, Categories]" link pair that takes you to a list of the brands or categories we have items for within that theme. Every thumbnail item on a thumbnail page contains links to the item's associated brand(s) and theme(s). When you click on a brand or theme link for an item, a thumbnail page with all items that belong to the particular brand or theme is displayed. When you have found an item of interest on the thumbnail page, click its name or image to go to a separate item page that features the product. The item page contains a full description of the product and a close-up image. Brand and theme links for the item are also listed on the item page. Using Your Shopping Cart To add a product to your shopping cart, click the "Add to Cart" button located on a thumbnail page or the item page for the product (You can always remove the item from your cart before you check out). When you click the "Add to Cart" button, a separate shopping cart window opens up that displays your item. To continue shopping, place the Scrapbook Foundations window in the foreground, or just close the shopping cart window. If you close the shopping cart window, the current cart content will not be lost. To remove an item from your cart, check the "Remove" checkbox for the item, and click the "Update Cart" button. To change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart, edit the number in the "Quantity" box for the item, and click the "Update Cart" button. To view what is currently in your cart, click the "View Cart" icon displayed at the top right of our pages. Placing an Order       
To place an order for the items in your shopping cart, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in the shopping cart window. Your order is processed by PayPal, our secure Payment Processor. When you click the "Secure Checkout" button in the shopping cart window, PayPal will take you through a few simple steps to place your order. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay for your purchase via your own free PayPal account (which you can set up in a few minutes at the PayPal site). At this time, we do not accept checks or money orders. When you place your order, you will receive an instant order confirmation email from PayPal that details your order, and serves as a receipt for your purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt until you receive the shipped order. We normally ship an order within 0 to 3 business days of the time you submit your order. Your PayPal order confirmation email lists the address we will ship your order to. Please verify that the shipping address shown in your PayPal order confirmation email is correct. If for some reason the shipping address is incorrect, you must notify us within an hour of your order. If you do not notify us within this time period, we cannot be responsible for the package. In-Stock Limits Unfortunately, at this point in time, our PayPal shopping cart does not prevent you from ordering more than what we have in stock of an item. Please make sure that the number you enter in the 'Quantity' box for an item in your PayPal shopping cart is less than or equal to the quantity we currently have in stock of the item. The quantity we currently have in stock of an item is displayed on our web site above the 'Add to Cart' button for the item. Please note that the quantity we currently have in stock of an item is displayed on our www.scrapbookfoundations.com web site - it is NOT displayed in the www.paypal.com PayPal shopping cart window. Our in-stock item quantity is automatically updated on our web site every time a customer orders the item, and every time we re-stock the item. If you submit an order that contains an item quantity above our in-stock item quantity, your ENTIRE order will be canceled. Your payment will be refunded to you, and you will receive a PayPal email notification when your refund has been completed. Please submit a NEW order to us where the number in the 'Quantity' box for each item in your PayPal shopping cart is less than or equal to the quantity we currently have in stock of the item. Before adding an item to your PayPal shopping cart for a new order, please reload the item page in your browser to determine the current in-stock quantity of the item, since the in-stock quantity may have changed due to other customer traffic in the store. We apologize for not automatically preventing customers from ordering more than what we have in stock. We hope to be able to do this in the future. Minimum Order Amount We require that your total order amount (EXLUDING shipping charges) is greater than or equal to our minimum order amount of $15. Unfortunately, our PayPal shopping cart does not currently prevent you from placing an order for less than our minimum order amount. Please make sure that your order amount (EXLUDING shipping charges) is greater than or equal to our required minimum order amount of $15. If you submit an order for less than the $15 minimum order amount, your ENTIRE order will be canceled. Your payment will be refunded to you, and you will receive a PayPal email notification when your refund has been completed. Please submit a NEW order to us for an amount that is greater than or equal to the required minimum. We apologize for not automatically preventing customers from placing an order below our minimum order amount. In the future, we hope to be able to automatically prevent such orders from going through. Automatic Cash Back 
Instead of putting you through the hassle of dealing with coupons to receive discounts, we offer you the opportunity to receive automatic cashback payments on substantial and frequent orders:
We automatically refund 5% of your order amount if both of the following two requirements are met: (1) Your order is above $100 (excluding the shipping charge). (2) Your order is placed within 35 days of your previous order (the previous order does not have to be above $100) OR your order is your first-time order.
